Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Hire the best talent, create an environment for continuous learning and growth, and enable the teams to deliver performant, resilient, highly available software at scale.
Lead and manage the Cloud Operations teams to deliver the Verint Cloud Platform services with industry leading availability that enables engineering teams to deliver application functionality to our customers.
Work effectively with Engineering and Security Leaders, teams, and the Support organizations to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
Identify and implement technology and skill development trends that will be able to support the future success of the business.
Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization and drive consistent standards and best practice approaches throughout the development teams.
Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team.
Accountable for the timeliness and quality or project deliverables.
Reviewing and applying best practices to establish and improve operational best practices. Consistent
