Overview of Job Function

This role will oversee a web marketing team, driving the evolution of Verint.com. Our team plays an important role in improving user experience and generating high-quality sales leads. You will work closely with other Digital leaders and stakeholders to continue building on Verint.com vision and roadmap and lead the web team through roadmap execution. You will refine web operations, helping us scale with quality. You are the right person for this role if you are a strong agile project manager, data-driven, and an advocate for continuous web optimization.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a global team of Digital Marketing specialists and web developers

  • Collaborate with other Digital leaders and stakeholders to continuously evolve Verint.com vision and roadmap, improving on website KPIs, especially lead generation

  • Define web analytics requirements, analyze reports, and leverage data to drive website optimization

  • Manage Verint.com development backlog and sprints from planning through retrospective

  • Oversee daily web operations, including content management, chatbot optimization, and development

  • Identify opportunities to refine and enforce processes, standards, and best practices for the website

  • Work closely with the SEO manager to ensure the website complies with SEO best practices

  • Manage relationships with vendors, including but not limited to our web development and design agency and our web hosting provider

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent experience

  • 6 years overall marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience in agile project management

  • Experience managing a team

  • Experience driving roadmap creation and execution, including backlog management and strategic prioritization

  • Experience working on WordPress or similar CMS

  • Understanding of basic UX concepts

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to develop and enforce processes for quality and growth

  • Strong problem-solver, with minimal need for guidance

  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions with a focus on the outcome

  • Curiosity to keep up to date with web marketing trends

  • Understanding of web analytics and data analysis

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

  • Successful completion of a credit check, for those travel related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel

Preferred Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience on a SaaS marketing team

  • Experience working with Wrike or similar ticketing systems

  • Experience with Chatbot management

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
